Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipments

Orders with an expedited shipping selection of Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS received by 2 p.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday ship on the same business day via selected method. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50.

All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Bellingham, WA with ZIP code 98225.

Domestic Shipping Options and Transit Times:

USPS Standard Flat Rate – $6.95 – Delivery in 2-6 business days.
Free Economy Shipping – Free on orders over $50 – Delivery in 2-10 business days.
USPS Priority Mail – Calculated at Checkout – Delivery of 1-3 business days is estimated but not guaranteed.
FedEx 2-Day Air – Starting at $12 – Two business days following shipment with delivery by 8 p.m.

Our USPS Standard Flat Rate orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday within two business days. These travel via USPS Ground Advantage service, which averages (but does not guarantee) a 2-6 business day delivery window once shipped. We find this estimated turnaround to be accurate although holiday volume and inclement weather can affect delivery times to some areas. ModSocks is not responsible for carrier delays, but we can often help sort out shipping issues. Please contact us for assistance.

All domestic orders over $50 (product total after discounts) qualify for Free Economy Shipping. We will select the most affordable shipping method, typically via United States Postal Service, and ship your order for free within three business days. We ship Monday through Friday. Any orders placed through the weekend or on a federal holiday will ship on the next business day for expedited options and by the second business day for orders with Standard or Free Shipping.

Customers may upgrade service to USPS Priority Mail or FedEx expedited options for a nominal charge. These shipping selections will result in your order being processed and shipped same-day if received by 2 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Priority Mail and FedEx services include insurance coverage up to $100 at no additional charge.

International Shipments

ModSocks does not ship retail orders to international locations at this time. We refer you to our trusted retail partner Cute But Crazy Socks.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Please carefully enter your delivery address (including apartment or suite number) and verify information at checkout. Packages that are returned to us for incorrect or insufficient addresses can be reshipped at an additional nominal charge, or will be refunded minus our original shipping cost. For packages returned due to customer refusal the order purchase price will be refunded minus ALL original and return shipping costs, as well as any return fees imposed by the carrier.

Return Shipping

ModSocks offers free returns for customers within the United States and US territories. To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and return/exchange request after referring to our Return Policy.
